Dr. Castellanos has practiced family medicine in Toronto for fifteen years, with the last eight focused on aesthetic medicine. She oversees clinical protocols, supervises injector training, and consults on advanced cases. She believes the role of the medical director is to keep the practice anchored in clinical judgment as the technology and trends shift.

Iliana joined our team after seven years in injection-led practices in Toronto and Vancouver. She trains our junior injectors and leads our lip and tear-trough work. Her clients describe her approach as conservative on a first visit and patient across the long arc of a treatment plan.
